1 cup of boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes (unsalted)
3 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Blend for one minute at high speed, potato cup with 1 cup of milk.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring to a boil the remaining milk, cinnamon, sugar, salt and vanilla and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 30 minutes to thicken.
- After this time, remove from heat, cool and serve.
