Homemade Nutella

  • 2 cups whole hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup bitter cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup almond milk or one of your own
  • Baking sheet
  1. Proceed to remove the nuts from the shell, using a nutcracker; place them on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes at 200 ° C.
  2. After that, place the hazelnuts in a food processor (I used my blender) and grind for a few minutes, until they begin to release their oils.
  3. Then add cocoa powder, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt; grind until smooth.
  4. Put in a covered container and refrigerate.

  1. It's interesting how you've added almond milk as I've read recipes where they have added coconut oil. I might just make the switch!

  2. Chocolate is the most important ingredient in this recipe. It has to be good.

  3. Thanks for this recipe. Very needful.

    1. It is a pleasure for me to be at your party.
