- 3 cups ripe papaya pieces, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1 ½ cups evaporated milk or 11 oz. (315 grams) evaporated milk can
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Blend all the ingredients for 3 minutes.
Note: If you prepare this drink with not frozen papaya, you have to add 1 cup of ice cubes.
