Ingredients:
- 8 fresh mozzarella slices (2 per pizza)
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
- 4 tablespoons oliva oil
- Dried oregano to taste
- 4 pita breads
- Baking Sheet
Preparation:
- Place pita breads on baking sheet.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to each one, then 2 mozzarella slices, 2 tomato pieces and finally, sprinkle with some oregano.
- Bake at 350 ° F for 20 minutes.
