Christmas Punch
Ingredients:
- 5 cups evaporated milk
- ½ cup rum
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 "Jijona" soft nougat
Preparation:
Blend everything. Let cool for one week.

Banana Lemon Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 (12-ounce box) vanilla wafers
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 medium bananas sliced with lemon juice
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed and evaporated milk.

Add the lemon juice, beat well until it becomes a thick consistency.

Line pie plate with vanilla wafers, a layer of banana, pour mixture over the layers, alternate layer of wafers, layer of banana and continue until plate is full. Garnish with wafers and bananas.
Chill and serve, overnight is desirable. Keep refrigerated.

Custard
- 4 cups cold milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg (optional)
- 1 lemon peel
Preparation:
- In a saucepan combine milk, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, lemon zest and beaten egg.
- Mix well.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

Oatmeal Shake
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/4 cup or 4 tablespoon oats
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- It is very important to have oats crushed, so blend well for 5 minutes.
- Serve with danish cookies, if desired. Four services.

Strawberry Pancake
Pancake Mix
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons butter
- butter for frying
Blend or mix all the ingredients.
Preparation:
Preheat a buttered pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter onto the hot pan (using 1/2 cup for each pancake) and fry.
Brown on both sides and serve hot. Eight services. You can also use this recipe for crepes.
- 3 cups strawberries
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 lemon juice
Preparation:
Wash strawberries with filtered water and lemon juice. Chop into large pieces, reserve some.
Blend all ingredients slightly.
In a small saucepan boil the liquid and the reserved pieces over medium heat, stirring frequently for 45 minutes. Then, serve with pancakes.

Onion tea
Ingredients:
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and halved
- 4 cups water
- 4 large lemons halved
- 8 tablespoons honey
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- Bring to a boil water, onion and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Over time, remove from heat and strain. Then, add the honey and two lemons juice.
- Serve in cups with lemons halves. Four services.

Dried plums shake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 prunes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 or 2 tablespoons sugar
