Caprese Pizza


Ingredients:
  • 8 fresh mozzarella slices (2 per pizza)
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 4 tablespoons oliva oil
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • 4 pita breads 
  • Baking Sheet
Preparation:
  1. Place pita breads on baking sheet.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to each one, then 2 mozzarella slices, 2 tomato pieces and finally, sprinkle with some oregano.
  3. Bake at 350 ° F for 20 minutes.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 20 minutes
