My Favorite Chocolate Chips Cookies

 Ingredients:

  •     2 1/4 cups flour
  •     1 teaspoon baking soda
  •     1/2 teaspoon salt
  •     1 teaspoon white vanilla extract
  •     2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter
  •     2 eggs
  •     1/2 cup white sugar
  •     1/2 cup brown sugar
  •     1 cup "semi-sweet chocolate chips"

Preparation:

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Beat the butter, white sugar, brown sugar and white vanilla extract until smooth.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Then, go slowly adding the flour mixture. Finally, add the "semi-sweet chocolate chips".
  3. On a cookie sheet, place a spoonful of the mixture and bake at 350 ° F. for 8 minutes. It could be better to place only  8 cookies in the tray and bake 5 times.

Preparation Time: 1 hour

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Chocolate Milk


Ingredients:
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Preparation:

Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 1 minute at low speed.   Serve.


Time Preparation: 5 minutes.
Number of Serving: 3

Mango Milk


Ingredients:


  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon white vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mango pulp

Preparation:
 

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for a minute. Strain and serve.



Time Preparation: 20 minutes

Vaniglia Caffè Doppio


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cold milk 
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream 
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional) 
  • Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation:
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend them for a minute.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.

Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • The juice of a lemon to wash the strawberries

Preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries with filtered or boiled water and the juice of a lemon. 
  2. Blend all ingredients at high speed for 3 minutes. Serve.

Carrot Drink


Ingredients:
 
  • 3 cups boiled or filtered water 
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 2 cups shredded carrots 
  • 3 lemons juice
  
Preparation : 

Blend everything. Strain and serve.

Papaya Drink



Ingredients:
  • 3 cups ripe papaya pieces, peeled, chopped and frozen 
  • 1 ½ cups evaporated milk or 11 oz. (315 grams) evaporated milk can
  • 4 tablespoons sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients for 3 minutes.

 
Note:
If you prepare this drink with not frozen papaya, you have to add 1 cup of ice cubes.

Passion Fruit Drink




Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons of oats 
  • 4 cups passion fruit juice 
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

Preparation: 

  1. Blend all the ingredients for 3 minutes. 
  2. Strain and serve.
